WHO WE ARE
Reentry Essentials was established in 2017, with the charitable purpose of providing aid to individuals, families and communities in the United States, impacted by the criminal legal system.
Reentry Essentials develops educational resources, provides direct and indirect support, and otherwise aides in the lifelong success of returning citizens, their families and the communities to which they return.
MISSION STATEMENT - to lessen the burden of community reentry on U.S. taxpayers by leveraging the experiences of concerned and returning citizens to advance positive social supports and ensure long-term lifestyle changes.
VISION STATEMENT - to support the successful reintegration of returning citizens and justice involved populations into families and communities.
Reentry Essentials strives to aide those impacted by the criminal legal system through the development of evidence-based recidivism reduction strategies. It is through these strategies that Reentry Essentials works to make sure all justice impacted Americans have the opportunity to become law abiding, contributing members of society - regardless of their background.
