Finding the right support after incarceration can be overwhelming. Our National Reentry Resource Directory is designed to make that process easier by helping individuals, families, service providers, and community partners search for reentry resources by location, service category, organization type, and target population.
Use this directory to explore organizations and programs that may assist with employment, housing, identification, education, food, clothing, health and wellness, legal services, transportation, family support, and other needs that can affect successful reentry. Whether you are returning home, supporting a loved one, or helping someone navigate the reentry process, this tool is meant to connect people with practical resources that can support stability, preparation, and long-term success.
Our Career Success HUB contains resources that are designed to help returning citizens prepare for employment, find job openings, present themselves effectively, and succeed on the job. Organized into four core categories, this section offers practical, reentry-informed guidance for every stage of the employment journey.
Our extensive Library brings together practical guides, publications, directories, and educational materials that support reentry preparation, personal development, workforce readiness, financial stability, and community reintegration.
Users can explore resources related to employment, identification, vital records, health and behavioral health services, veterans’ support, public records, employer incentives, and other topics that affect successful reentry. The Library is designed for individuals returning home, family members, service providers, case managers, educators, and community partners who need reliable information in one accessible place.
