Reentry Resource Center Initiative & Framework
This initiative framework is designed to bridge the transitional services provided by corrections with community-based service providers. Through our unique framework, we provide a solid foundation from which to effectively develop reentry resource centers in prisons, jails, or community corrections offices around the country.

Plus, users will have access to a series of step-by-step guides on how to create, promote and staff a Reentry Resource Center. Training tools and instructional materials are provided to ensure success.
