After serving nearly 25 years in prison for a crime committed at age 17, Tyrone returned home through Washington, D.C.\u2019s Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act and has since dedicated his work to expanding second chances, improving reentry outcomes, and advancing policy solutions that support justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities.
