General Government Assistance

Federal, state, and local government assistance programs are generally designed to assist people who need a job, housing, public assistance, and other services. Each program has different standards for eligibility with low-income being the most common requirement. The publications and resources listed below were compiled for their ability to provide a broad overview of the kinds of resources and assistance available.
